Q: What is my login ID?
The Campus Security Survey Administrator's (CSSA's) login id is the user id provided on your 2008 registration certificate, along with the password. For users other than the CSSA, the user ids and passwords are those that the CSSA requests for additional users.
Q: What should I do if my password does not work?
Verify that you are using your 2008 User ID and password. The letters are case sensitive. Make sure that you enter each value in the proper text box. Then click on the "Login" button. If an error message contains the phrase "error 80004005," click the browser's "Refresh" or "Reload" button. If you still cannot log in, contact the Campus Security Help Desk at (800) 435-5985.

Yes, all incorrect data should be corrected. Be sure to click "Update" after you make the
change(s).
Q: Can I submit data in hard copy or in a data file rather than using the web application?
No, all campus crime data must be submitted via the Web.
Q: Can my institution have more than one CSSA?
No, only one person can serve as the CSSA for an institution. This person is responsible for locking the data and ensuring the data submitted for the survey are correct. However, up to six additional persons may have login IDs and passwords to enter or review data for the institution.
